2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by IONOS SE. When the site is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data, in particular the IP address or anonymised IP address, time, requested address, referrer, browser and operating-system details, and HTTP status. This supports secure and reliable delivery and the detection of technical faults or abusive access.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and functional operation of the service. According to IONOS, web-hosting log data is retained for no more than eight weeks.
3. Public information, partner cockpit and technical delivery
The overview, pricing page, inquiry form and protected partner cockpit are provided under humandesignchartservice.com. Technical content, account authentication and partner data are retrieved over a secured connection from the New Uniwares licence service at nswuser.servicebyme.de. Cockpit login uses the user's New Uniwares account and a time-limited security code sent by email. The password and security code are not retained in browser storage. The usual technical connection data is generated in this process. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR to perform the contract and deliver these functions reliably and securely.
4. Chart service inquiries
When you use the inquiry form, we process the contact and project data you enter. This may include your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, website, web platform, desired features, website addresses to be allowed and your message. The information is sent to New Uniwares by email and used to respond, assess technical requirements, prepare an offer and potentially enter into a contract.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request concerns a contract and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is processing business inquiries. Required fields are identified in the form.
5. Data in a subsequent chart integration
This section describes the service offered, even though you do not create a chart on this information page itself. In an integration, visitors enter chart data on the relevant partner's website. The data required for the calculation is encrypted and transmitted to Neutrinos Through Design, where it is processed for the requested display. For technical authorisation and usage metering, the licence service processes partner, API client, origin, reservation and usage data. API keys remain on the partner's server and must not be delivered to visitors.
The data-protection roles of New Uniwares and the relevant partner, and applicable retention arrangements, are defined contractually for the specific integration. The partner must inform visitors about the processing in its own privacy notice.
6. Cookies and local browser storage
The public pages use no analytics, marketing or profiling cookies. The partner cockpit uses a technically essential, encrypted session cookie transmitted only via HTTPS. It contains neither the password nor the email security code and expires after no more than eight hours. Therefore no consent banner is currently shown. If non-essential services are added in future, any required consent will be obtained beforehand.
7. Recipients and retention
IONOS SE receives technical access data as a hosting processor. Inquiries are processed within New Uniwares and by technical providers used for email delivery. Data is not disclosed for advertising or profiling.
Inquiry data is deleted when it is no longer required for processing and follow-up questions unless statutory retention or evidence obligations apply. If a contract is concluded, statutory and contractual retention periods apply.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise your rights, email office@newsunware.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision is the authority primarily responsible for us.
9. Encryption and updates
The website and communication with participating services use TLS encryption. We update this privacy notice when functions, providers or legal requirements change.
